Looking for a setting I've lost track of

A few years ago (shortly after 3e was released in 2000) I came across (on the web) a D&D campaign set in a sort of magical analogue of colonial America. At long last I may have a group which would find that sort of thing interesting, and I cannot find the setting!

Does anyone remember the setting or have the link? All I can remember is that it had a fairly thorough treatment of firearms, several lower-magic PC classes, and a lovely sense of the political and ethnic strife caused by the collision of the native and settler cultures.

Ack, found it. Appears the setting (called "Septentrionalis" at the time) was pulled from the 'net in anticipation of its being published as a hardback setting under a different name.

Now I'm wondering what it was called.

Weehoo! Looks like it hasn't even come out yet, 18 months after the free-version website was shuttered.
