Looking for advice from a publisher

Dragonblade

Adventurer
I'm looking for either advice on breaking into the game publishing business (finding a printer, distributor, etc.) or an existing game publisher that would be interested in printing and distributing ready-made material similar to what Sword and Sorcery does for Malhavoc.

I would be greatful for any advice an experienced publisher might be willing to offer me.

Please e-mail Kyle at arashi_kage@hotmail or respond to this thread.

Thanks!

ENWorld Publishers Forum

This site has a pretty good resources. I found many answers to questions about getting started on the first five pages alone. :D

Helpful Hint [sarcasim above - this part is serious] - I would suggest you do the e-mailing instead of asking publishers to do the leg work. Look at submissions and guidelines for writing on each of the companies websites. Monte has a sweet deal - but Monte wrote the DMG. Expect to have to prove that you are worth the investment or be willing to fork over huge chunk of change.

If you have specific questions, printers etc...you can e-mail me directly and I will answer any/all as soon as I can. My opinion is that you should NOT start your own business at the moment, a new company may reallt struggle, but if you want a go, e-mail me and I will get you what contacts you need.

I had the same questions

These are the same questions I had back in Feb when I was contemplating starting up Perpetrated Press.

Email me at boss@perpetrated.com and I'll respond with some of the stuff I learned. (My email keeps getting bounced back from your arashi account).
