Looking for an artist for my characters!!

Hi I need help and looking artist to design my characters.
My first charcater is a wild elf druid with with hooked staff (a shepard's staff) with a Hawk for a companion. Long black hair, shoulder length with white streaks on the side/front (think the long hair version of Doctor Strange).

My second chartacter is humanoid Owl Inventor, a steampunk dress, mostly wearing victorian gogles. He would arms, 2-3 talon fingers with a thumb. He does have wings.

If anyone can help, please let me know.

2.are you ok with pencil work

if you haven't seen any of my work I've a gallery in yon art Gal-i did something for GralTok, knightfall1972, ArcOfCorinth(for one of his players) & Rathan(but he either doesn't like it or hasn't been back for a while) what the hey

by the way i'm just happy looking for things to do as i do it during my time out moments..

2. I am ok with pencil.
3. A human-sized owl with two arms and wings, link a tingu for Oriental Adventures. He would be wearing steampunkish night gogles and wearing leather straps and an inventor's pouch or outfit.

here he is sorry for the lack of depth in his clothing and my so poor attempt at giving it a little depth...i left cause it would eventually drive me insane...i did the hawk in the background its a coopers hawk-forest dwelling,agile flyers in the wooded terrain.

Its ok, like to see different style of art. Can you do one with his hair in braids, ponytail still with the stripes. getting an idea for a unique look.
