Looking for feat

Someone would ask that question the day I don't bring my books to work. The answer to the question is yes I believe. Look in the FRCS book. It might be a regional feat, but I believe that it is there.

I made it with a friend, it is a regional feat on our world, a region where Mind Benders (from T&B) are the generals, a military based city state with people who descend from Egyptian culture.

They have a tradition on dealing with people, the hard or soft way... hehehehe...

EDIT: Anyway, i don't really know if it has been published anywhere... have you tried the netbook of feats from FanCC?

IIRC, the Heroes of High Favor books have a feat that (as one of its options) lets you get a +2 bonus to any two somehow-related skills you choose. I don't remember the name of the feat, however (I want to say "Talented", though).

You might ask Wulf Ratbane about it.

Try Quintessential Rogue, I think there was one in there.

However, if I were DMing, I'd let pretty much any feat like that go through, as long as there's some logical connection between the two skills (no feat for +2 to alchemy and intuit direction). I mean really, I've never even seen someone take one of those feats before.... at high levels, +2 to two skills is so miniscule, it's not really a big deal. Yay, you have +17 instead of +15, whatever.
