Well, I can't argue against the Chuck Norris quote, but here's some more ideas:

"This is what 10 AC looks like."

REALLY fancy lettering that says: "Masterwork"

A black shirt that just says: "Mysterious Stranger. Help Wanted."
You'll probably be one of the most talked to people at the con.

Or you could just stick the World of Warcraft exclamation mark on there and make it even shorter. Make it a silver one if you feel like being a jerk.

Put the text on a t-shirt sideways (reading from up to down). "Roll to stabilize."

I'm bad with making up humor, but if it's going to be use somewhat soon, how about _along the theme of_ nothing but the line "Shirt slogan currently being updated to 4e" (and maybe a simple gaming or under construction graphic on the front/back)..., i'm sure there is a better punch line in there though (and it wouldn't be as "timeless" as some of these other suggestions"

Or, pick a handful of oneliners, make a numbered list and the caption can read something like "Roll 1d10 for your joke" or what not -- again, there is a better punchline in there somewhere, i'm bad at this stuff
