Looking for GC Ultimate Delve Battle Reports

Anybody have a link to after action reports from the Ultimate Delve at GenCon?

Another post described the Ultimate Delve this way:

"a deliberately challenging timed event for a group of 6th level characters. Of all the groups that attempted it (in excess of 60 is what I heard), only two of them successfully completed all the encounters in the 4 hour time block."

It would be great to see the composition of some of the more successful parties, and to get some insights into their strategies and tactics.

I spoke with one of the DM's on Sunday about the Ultimate Delve. He said the best-performing group he ran for had made their characters in advance, had a well-balanced party, and had practiced playing the characters together. They had a friend run some combats for them so they could get used to how the group interacted and fine tune everything. To do well, you need this kind of precision.

You lost if you took more than 45 minutes on any one combat, took an extended rest, or took more than 4 hours altogether on 6 encounters. It was very hard to accomplish. My other post included the details that I saw, but our group did very poorly because we were a pick-up group. The first fight had a flying caster type, some melee, and cockatrices, along with a small pool of lava. The second had some sort of webs and lots of flying things, but I never saw it. The DM told us about it to console us that even if we'd won the first fight, the second would have totally annihilated us. Comforting.
