Looking for help on a project

I'm new poster, long time lurker here. So sorry if I'm out of line posting this or if I posted in an innapropriate forum.

Awhile back I found a spell sheet on this guys spellsheet site:

www.clik.to/DnDSheet

He did some really great work. I took his spell list and cut it down in size so I can just get the basic 3.5 core class spells. I just wanted something to use as a DM for quick referencing of spell info. I put the info in a pdf file and printed it. Then I realized one major flaw, I knew his spellsheet had formulas to calculate info but I didn't realize it had formulas to calculate specific character level spell info. So on his excel sheet you have to type in your characters information and the spellsheet calculates durations, save DCs, and spell info like # of magic missiles you can cast. I just need a sheet to show default info like the PHB does (example: duration = 10 min a lvl, or Cure Light Wound = 1d8+ 1 point per caster lvl).

As of now the sheets say Duration = 0 min, or Cure Light Wound = 1d8+0 because there was no character info typed in the excel spreadsheet so it shows 0's for everything.

If anyone is REALLY bored with time on their hands, would you like to help me change the text on my sheet from 0's to what the book says and make sure the text is aligned correctly? I would GREATLY appreciate it. I can't pay for your time or anything but I do have lots of useful D&D forms I've made that I would be glad to share (3.5 character sheet, DM NPC sheets, GOOD custom DM screen, initiative sheets, blank spell sheets, ect). My sheet is in pdf format so you know what to use to edit it. It can be found here:

email me at oryan1977 @ yahoo dot com
We can discuss it in more detail then.

Thanks!

Steve's Spellsheet was indeed a MONSTER of a spell sheet. The only thing I don't like about it (you pointed it out and its a feature of the several spellsheets I've seen) is that there are formulas to determine the accurate spell effect of each spell, and no general descriptions of spell effect (ie "spell does 1d4 points of damage per level (max 5d4)" instead of "spell does 3d4 points of damage").

I have a spellsheet here, made by Bob Fitch if I'm not mistaken, and said sheet has static spell info on it. Again, from memory, Bob Fitch made separate spell sheets for Wizards and for clerics but the cleric sheet didn't have a general spell effect field.

Of course, those sheets were 3.0.

Lemme check if Mr Fitch's sheets are still in the electronic aid section of EnWorld... (if the page can load...) waiting... :\ waiting... :uhoh: waiting... I found them here:

Hm. The Wizard spells have a static description, while clerics don't.

There are probably a lot of spellsheets that have been made. Before you start typing your own, a little research could probably dig up something...

Good luck
