Looking for "i" tools.

My old group is spread around the globe now. I am looking for tools that will allow us to play over TCP/IP.

I don't mind paying for them, but would prefer not to pay a monthly subscription. Looking for a dice roller, virtual table top/ mapping/ etc.

Any help would be great!
