Maybe I should have just named the thread that, but who knows if my DM is snooping around here. ;)
You know, if you're hiding this plan from your DM, there's a chance he'll just reject the PrC when he learns of it. I've found that trying to spring surprises like this on the DM is never good.

Being immune to all damage is a silly idea to begin with. Is it really worth all the effort to figure this thing out when it's going to take the DM all of 1.5 seconds to say "Uh, nope. NIMC."

Don't worry about that kind of thing guys, the question is still on the table. I've been doing this long enough that I've heard it all, so if you would please just offer suggestions instead of telling me why the idea is bad I would appreciate it. I know many DMs won't like it (maybe even mine) but I'm still interested in the question.

PS, If anyone has other good combos with the MT I would like to hear them as well.

Warforged have a Constitution score and are immune to subdual damage. You can find them in both the Eberron Campaign Setting and Monster Manual 3. Slap Regeneration on one and you're good to go!

Wrong. Warforged ARE subject to nonlethal/subdual damage. :/

Unlike other constructs, living constructs are subject to critical hits, effects requiring a fortitude save, death from massive damage, nonlethal damage, stunning, ability damage, ability drain, and death effects of necromancy effects.

Unless you take 2 levels in the Warforged Juggernaut PrC.

I seem to recall reading that if a creature who has regeneration becomes immune to nonlethal damage, the regeneration is converted to fast healing instead.

But I have no idea where I read that. It is probably unofficial (i.e. not erratta) but it seems a good idea.

No, they're not.

However, the (lesser) construct essence spell from Races of Eberron (Art 2, Sor/Wiz 2) gives a living construct several construct immunities, including immunity to nonlethal damage.

You'd have to change into a warforged with polymorph any object (or start out as one) in order to be a valid target. (Though if your DM allows it - I wouldn't - you might be able to change form once the spell has taken effect without loosing the benefits. The rules are unclear on the matter.)
