Looking for Modules

First Post
Hi all, I am going to DM next month and I am preparing the campaign and the modules that i am going to use.
My somewhat inexperienced players will begin their adventures at the Keep on the Borderlands and then they'll move to a nearby complex of villages to untie The Assassin's Knot.:P
After completing those two modules I what them to move to a big city so that they can associate themselves with factions and guilds and this city will be the base of their adventures from that point on.

So what I need is a module that takes them to that big city. I think that the players should be around level 3 or 4 by then.

Don't care about setting or edition, we will play 3.5 on a custom world so I'll just do the conversion or change the city names.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure you need an entire module for what you want to do.... how about just offering them a chance to go sell their loot and buy new stuff?

Or possibly they are asked to escort an NPC whom they like to said city? Whip up a few random encounters for the journey, and voila, they arrive!

There were some early 3rd edition books, I think called En Route and En Route II, which had a nice selection of interesting travel-type encounters that were pretty much mini-adventures. You might look for them.

If you want an easy-to-use toolkit book for a city, try Vornheim. It's excellent.
Vornheim: The Complete City Kit (Print + PDF)

If you want an adventure in a large city, try e.g. The Veiled Society (the module B6 for Basic D&D). It gives you an overview of the city Specularum and some factions that are at war. The adventure is quite railroad-y but it's ok inspiration for a game with beginner adventurers.

Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh could work and if you need a better description of Saltmarsh they did that in the 3.5 DMG 2
