I don't think there are any books that have near future weapons/gear, perhaps aside from Spycraft (I haven't gotten it so I wouldn't know for sure). I think Spycraft has a weapons/gear guide, right?
If you want a quick solution, try turning some of the spells and psionic powers into gadgets. I'm running a campaign set in 2015, and that's what I plan on doing when I want to hand out some high-tech gear. Some of the spells in the web enhancement are especially good for that.
For weapons, you could also use some of the spells to create new heavy weapons. For more common weapons, I'd just use the stats in the core book and change the names, perhaps giving a few of them some small enhancements (an integrated computer range-finder that provides a bonus to hit when making one attack as a full-round action, for example).
