I thought 22 Talent Trees by Bloodstone Press had some good new ones:

Modern Player's Companion 2 had a few decent ones.
22 Talent Trees has .... well... 22 talent trees.... I don't necessarily recommend the product, though. I purchased it some time ago, read through it twice, and haven't looked at it, since. All that really means is that it's not my cup of tea... you may see something entirely different in it.

In Modern Heroes: Martial Avengers we've got new talent trees for the Strong and Fast heroes, as well as some new 'Prestige' talent trees for multiclas characters.
