The Gamma World d20 mini-game in Dungeon #92 is great for generating races in a Well World setting. Just generate for each player of an "unknown" race, and assume one of the 700+ races is like that! Repeat as needed for NPC's later on. "Known" races can be defined individually (Dillians = Centaurs, Agitar = Satyr + Shocker Lizard, etc.).

So will you be willing to help. Im will try at first to use the races a monster races that are out. If you are willing than thats one to the team. Well need it. Hay you have that dungeon I dont I have two #89 and 90.

Any one else have any thing to say. I hope there are more people willing to help this is a big thing to try and to so I need all the help I can get.

From some scifi site:

Saga of the Well of Souls
6 The Sea is Full of Stars (1999)
Midnight at the Well of Souls (1977)
Exiles at the Well of Souls (1978)
Quest for the Well of Souls (1978)
The Return of Nathan Brazil (1980)
Twilight at the Well of Souls: The Legacy of Nathan Brazil (1980)

Watchers at the Well
Echoes of the Well of Souls (1993)
Gods of the Well of Souls (1994)
Shadow of the Well of Souls (1994)

Looks like he wrote some sort of prequel recently.

Sorry I don't have time to work on this; I read the original series back in high school, and even picked up the new ones a few years ago. I wonder if I still have them around somewhere. Mavra Chang, where are you?! Obie?

If I may offer some suggestions on why noone seems to want to work with you on this:

1> It's not that big a job. The rules already exist, all you need to do is detail what you're going to use for each adventure. Many of us have projects this ambitious that we do alone. Some people might be saying, "Jeez, what's he on about? That's no big deal."

2> People have their own projects to work on. Anyone with any talent already has a project, and it's usually something he thought up for himself, rather than work for someone else on THEIR project.

3> Your command of the English language appears substandard. Anything you wrote, if it contains the same kind of spelling, grammar, and capitalization errors that you regularly demonstrate on the boards, would likely need to be heavily edited. So it's possible that people reading this post would assume that not only would they need to write their stuff, they'd have to re-write yours, and in the end, they would end up doing all the work to give you your sourcebook.

So don't expect people to be beating down your door.
