I'm afraid the short answer is yes, sometimes, but not right now. I'm currently working on a second novel as well as doing an Open University course (and of course, my full time day job).

I have made a start on some articles, and have ideas for more, but it's likely to be towards the end of the year before I'll have a chance to start serious work on it.

Also, do you know if your book is available in Canada?

Should be. It's up on Amazon Canada:
