Looking for some lost information

Before the boards crashed, there was a poll in the General RPG Discussion forum having people rate their own DMing ability.

Somebody in that thread posted a link to a PDF of a journal article about how people who are ignorant of their own ability in something tend to rate themselves more capable than people who have more knowledge. Can anyone recall enough to direct me to that article, or the person who posted the link? It am hoping to reference some of the data from that article for a class I'm taking.
