Looking for templates for characters and animals for D&D 3.0 - 3.5

hey guys this is my first post! im happy to be here and i have used the site many times before gaining insight to the vast knowledge here. Thank you very much!
i have a question and i was sent here after a search. I am looking for a book of templates (if one exists). if anyone has an idea where to find this please point me in the right direction.

Assuming you want templates for all monsters and not just PCs and animals, you might try the aptly named "Book of Templates" by Silverthorne Games, which you can get as a PDF on DriveThruRPG/RPGNow. There are 3.0 and 3.5 versions of the Deluxe Edition.

If you can find a copy through your FLGS, the Advanced Bestiary by Green Ronin is another excellent selection of templates. If you don't mind adapting from Pathfinder RPG rules, you can also find a pretty substantial list compiled at d20pfsrd.com under "templates".

I don't know of a book of templates, but I do know that you could find a nice file of templates online back when Crystal Keep was still up.

Both Advanced Bestiary (Green Ronin) and Book of Templates Deluxe Edition (Silverthorne (Print Edition Published by Goodman Games)) are excellent.
