Looking for Weapon Size Variation Chart

I know I saw a table somewhere that showed size variations for weapons, say such as a diminuative long sword (for a fey). Does anyone know off of hand what book I saw it in? (I think it was a D20 publisher...)

I guess I could use the damage charts in the MM2 to figure it out...
