I'm more worried that the Washington Post can't spell Mammals correctly in the caption undeneath the photo. Maybe they hired chimps to write it.
Spear wielding chimps are /so/ going to get snarfed for my game. Anyone know where there's chimp stats for d20? The srd has Monkeys (too small by default) or baboons (just wrong), and I'm too lazy to start bookhunting this time o'night.

I've also heard of two chimp tribes warring in order to kill the other; stuff like clubs and rocks were used to kill. I probably heard that in the last 6 months, if anyone else remembers...
In any case, this is a very interesting development in the rather paralelle path of the human/chimp evolution. Neat stuff
