Its even worse using Eberron and the action point system. “I rolled an 18! Did I hit? Wait, what did someone else roll to hit? Should I use an action point? Is it worth it? 18 is enough to hit right? Someone else hit on an 18 didn’t they? Maybe I will spend that action point. But what if I need it later?”…
