I've used HeroClix minis for Mutants and Masterminds before, and my recollection was that there were roughly comparable in scale, though I don't have the exact numbers.

Yeah, if they're typical Clix-size, they should work fine. The figs from Sabertooth Games' The Lord of the Rings TMG were the ones that were a bit too big to mix in with most other figures.

The humans are too big but the Orcs work fine for re-basing. I hope they do alot more Large and Huge miniatures. Fell Beasts and Cave Trolls everywhere!!!!........ Drooooolllll

I wonder if they will do some Hobbit related stuff. I also wonder how different goblins will be from orcs. Maybe we will see some werebears, ogres and giant eagles, too, not that we don't get plenty of those and goblins and ogres elsewhere, I suppose. A Smaug figure would be great.
In the release they said they have the license through Warner Brothers to do Hobbit figures when the movie comes out.
