Well, when they released the core game four years ago, Chris Perkins said that he had five years of APnprodicta mapped out at two a year, and we've both seen a slowdown in releases and he has had time to think further ahead. They honestly must have tons of products on the drawing board, and the Forgotten Realms is a great canvas for showcasing different types of plots. What I got out of the Cormyr part, especially at the very end, was that they were very strongly hinting that we'll be seeing something regarding that region in the near-but-not-immediate future ("As we continue to expand outward from the North" was the exact quote). They do tend to have Lore You Should Know segments as something of previews, so I wouldn't be surprised if we see Cormyr (and, since they did talk about them a good amount during the segment, the Dalelands and Cormanthor) in an upcoming product in the next year or so. And, as a fan of the setting, that would make me very happy, as that general region is one of the two main hearts of the setting (along with the Sword Coast and North).

It is, but as much as I like Cormyr, it'd be nice to turn the focus on the regions that were more radically changed from 4e like Luiren (how did they not mention Luiren in talking about Halflings?), Mulhorand, High Imaskar, Unther, Halruaa, Tymanther, Lantan, Evermeet, Thay, and so on.
Again, they said "as we continue to expand outward from the North". So you have to give it time; it seems they do plan to keep covering different areas as time goes by.
In fact, they already did cover Lantan in a previous episode, and have already promised us that we'll be seeing it in an upcoming product. That would follow the pattern set previously by Chult, so it wouldn't surprise me to see it repeated for Cormyr, and then other areas...
