Thanks for the pointer. From what I've seen, Expeditions modules include their own guidelines for adjustments based on APL, so yeah, I'm really only looking to tweak Lost Mine anyway.

I actually found Part 3 of Lost Mine the most interesting. THe Random encounters can be made to be not so random and we all have a good laugh in some of the encounters.
I'll be happy if I can keep it at 7 and be AL-legal. I've actually had 8 a couple of times, with no other DM in sight.
My plan is to move on from Lost Mine to Princes, so I'm looking forward to Part 3 as well - I'll get to start sprinkling in rumors and bits from PotA to tie them together. I don't know that the mine itself will even come into play, to be honest.
wow.. I did the exact same thing. I moved from Lost mine to Princes. I skipped the side early quests in Princes and in the Mine section 4 , I actually had the characters find dead cultists who had attempted to recruit the Spider but she/he rejected it and had them killed.
