The crow lands atop a fountain and gives a beady eyed look to the group as if to say &quot;Your Welcome&quot;.&nbsp;A cry rises up from the shadowy forms and they step alittle forward to fire and everyone sees them for what they truly are in the lamp light of the street. They each have the body of a man and wear simple dark clothing, but they have a head of a bird, like a big crow, and each has a red tipped beak and shortbow in hand. And then they start to caw much as Leanan just did and let their arrows loose.&nbsp;*************************************************&nbsp;And finally his patrol is over, and none to soon, because Xan and his eidolon have worked a long day. As he turns down towards the tavern he heard about in this area of town he wonders if the stories are true about the place.&nbsp;And then he hears a crow's caw, and remembers that it means there will be trouble if you believe in those superstitions. And a moment later he hears other caws like a flock of crows and knows they diffently mean trouble.
