D&D 5E (2014) Lurking players

I have one player who definitely has psychotic character tendencies. Usually the most gruesome form of psychological intimidation is the one opted for. I think they've piled corpses in compromising positions, posted heads on stakes, they've probably done it all at some point to tell others, "We were here; FEAR US."

But none of them lurk here.

Well, in my campaigns, the players that act like psychopaths are GM's themselves...
