Yes Dhaos Is going to be a main villain at the moment.
The Party will not know he is behind alot of evil plans.
I do have a villian after Dhaos who is the Bigger Treat. I can explain that later.
Well ManaTech Inc. Will have Warforged working in the Factory i can have those enemies for the first campaign , and maybe some Animals that was rolling around in Magic Waste.
Omg I love the Idea that Epa can be stuck inside the Artifact the soul at least .. that be so freakin awesome.
What If I give The Artifact to someone In the beginning of the game say a Nomad gave it to them or something random.
Hmmm... What about this NPC, I was thinking a guy who forms the Search party for the Crash. With A ManaTech Firearm, Idk
