Does anyone know of a feat that stacks ranger/bard or ranger/swordsage levels? Or even better, Is there a list of all level stacking feats out in the wide web somewheres? Also, what
disiplines does the swordsage have access to.

I would like to know this info also. I'm specifically looking for a feat that stacks fighter and rogue.

Let's see. I came across such a list once, can't remember where, but fortunately I jotted the list down. There's:

Ascetic Hunter/Knight/Mage/Rogue/Stalker (C.Adv.)
Daring Outlaw/Warrior (C. Scoundrel)
Devoted Inquisitor/Performer/Tracker (C. Adv.)
Martial Stalker (C. Scoundrel)
Master Spellthief (C. Scoundrel)
Swift Ambusher/Hunter (C. Scoundrel)
Initiate of Milil (Champions of Valor)

Might be some more, but I don't know.
