m and Ms

Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but what do the "m" and "M" mean in monster stat blocks?

eg.[sblock=Grell]Grell Level 7 Elite Soldier
Medium aberrant magical beast XP 600
Initiative +9 Senses Perception +9; blindsight 12
HP 156; Bloodied 78
AC 22 (24 while the grell has an enemy grabbed); Fortitude 19,
Reflex 20, Will 17
Saving Throws +2
Speed 1 (clumsy) fly 6 (hover)
Action Points 1
m Tentacle Rake (standard; at-will) * Poison
Reach 2; +12 vs AC; 2d8 + 4 damage, and the target is slowed
and takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends both)
M Tentacle Grab (standard; at-will)
Reach 2; +12 vs Fortitude. 2d8 + 4 damage, and the target is
grabbed. The grell can grab only one creature at a time.
Venomous Bite (minor 1/round; at-will) * Poison
Grabbed target only; +12 vs AC; 1d8 + 4 damage, and the target
is stunned (save ends)
Alignment Evil Languages Deep Speech

Looking at the pictures of the monster stat blocks from the books, it looks like the monsters' basic attacks will be a sword or bow icon with a circle around them, while their attack powers lack the circle.
 

Well, yes. But that's what my m / M, R, A, C stand for.

The sword with a circle. Sword alone. Bow alone. (Area) Splash. (Close) Cone.

They're used in DDM, but they're just not on my keyboard :)

In my files, I'm using "(m)" and "(r)" to simulate the circles around the basic melee and ranged attacks, and using "M" and "R" for the melee and ranged attack options; IMO they're easier to read at a distance.
