M.E. D20: The Phantom of the Northern Marches [Full]

Manzanita, you're welcome to the final spot if you'd like to play.

I'd rather characters don't get posted here until the game gets running, just basic concepts so that the party aren't all the same (mind you that doesn't really matter, this adventure wasn't written for D&D and doesn't assume the standard mix of characters, so play what you like - not what's needed)

Gary, good to have you on board. No probs with the lawful Bard but I'd rather you multiclass with Fighter than Paladin if thats OK.

Thanks! Fighter/Bard works for me!

Though I did just have an idea... I don't have the D&D mini handbook, but the official site has a preview up for it that includes the Marshall core class. The Marshall seems to really be doing the sort of thing I'd like Beregon to do. If you'd allow that class, I could get what I'm going for without multiclassing! If not, you're already being more than generous with the Lawful bard. :)

OK, I'm going with a Dunedain Ranger/Cleric. I like clerics, and they're undeniably useful. I also love 3.5E rangers. And, of course, I love the Dunedain! It may take some work to forge a cleric within the Tolkien genre. I don't think he'd have a diety, but would be a healer of the Numenorean tradition. I think he should have some sort of relic from Numenor as his 'holy symbol'. Would you allow me a very minor magic item as that, Inez, in addition to my other one allowed? I'll pick the most reasonable domains I can, while trying to acheive my objectives. Probably sun and good (I play another cleric who has healing & plant). The rules say Dunedain have all half-elf abilities other than low light vision. I assume this wouldn't include the negotiator feat given them in 3.5E.

Gary, I'm OK by the Marshal if that's what you'd like to play, and Manzanita a Cleric/Ranger is also fine. Right on with Dunedain, they don't get Negotiator but do get bonus skills as a human. Can both of you email your characters and backgrounds along with any special requests.

Mirth: YGeM ???
