M&M Ultimate Power - No Review???

So, how useful is it for folks like me that have decided to go (or stay) with 1st Ed M&M instead of 2nd Ed?

Not useful at all.

For people using second edition, it is king. I have it as a PDF, and when character creating, I can do the whole shebang with my laptop, even when my core rules are at home. The basic stuff, the feats, and skills are easy to learn and basically just general D20 with a few minor changes, that stuff I can do in my sleep. Its just the powers that you need to know more about when creating characters. It may be a simplification, but its often said that Ultimate Power allows the owner to cut out the Power chapter of the core rules and replace it with an entire book that goes much farther into details and is just MORE everything.

If you have 2nd ed M&M, you need this book at some point. It's that good.

Yeah I would have to agree that Ultimate Power is a must have. Mastermind's Manual, well, um, I will be generous and say 'its not for everyone.'
