Rinaldo searches about for trip wires or other triggers, but finds nothing of the sort.

Smiling, Somac says, "Thank you again, Charlarn, for the healing spell. It's very generous of you, considering that you were one of the paralyzed ones yesterday."

Charlarn goes near the landslide and casts detect magic (Concentration, up to 2 min). He slowly turns until he can detect any auras or until he completes a complete circle. If he finds no auras down there, he'll try to check at the top of the hill.

Cleric Spells Prepared (4/3+1: save DC 13 + level):
0–detect magic, guidance (2), light;
1–bless, cure light wounds, hide from undead, sanctuary*.

Tor follows Charlarn closely, ready to step between him and any attackers.

"If I remember correctly the alarm sounded as we approached the landslide, as we never tried to cross it last time. Instead we went up the hill trying to skirt around the top. Wait, no it sounded up there because we ran when we saw the ghouls coming, in no shape to fight them off ourselves." Tenebrynn offers.

"Was that it?" Nurlan asks. "I recall the alarm coming first, and then the ghouls."

The cleric comes down from the hill. "I detect no magic in the area. There must be a hidden sentry somewhere. We must be alert."

"We could ofcourse just walk up again and see if the bell rings again. If it does, we know the ghouls will be joining us soon again, if it doesn't, I think it's safe to say we destroyed their welcome-party."

Unless someone objects to this course of action, Tor takes the lead. His chain is at the ready, and he will attempt to carefully cross the landslide (taking 10 if he isn't attacked.) He still suspects a sentry, so to whateer extent possible he will continue to scan the bushes and other likely hidey holes for goblin guards as he gets closer.

If anything charges out at him through his threatened area, he will strike it (combat reflexes allows this even if caught by surprise.)
