Rinaldo recharge his crossbow. As he picks his bolt, he feels that his quiver is almost empty.
"Nurlan, I think I'll need to go help the front line soon, but those wounds starts to be too painfull. I wouldn't like to give you the opportunity to present my body to my wife, so if you can do some of that healing art on me, it would be welcome."

If this request comes before Nurlan starts reloading, then instead he will draw the wand (move action) and touch Rinaldo with it, as he utters the spell completion word, "Lehishtako". (standard action), thus casting Cure Light Wounds on Rinaldo.
Does he need to interrupt his inspiring song to do this, or can he incorporate the spell completion into his song so he can continue uninterrupted?

Somac: Male Human Barbarian 2
"By Grendath--how many of them are there?" thinks the barbarian, with more than a little alarm. His body is filled with a physical dread at their sight, and his rage is barely enough to spur him on. He throws himself with abandon at the sahuagin in front of the square hut, screaming and waving his greatsword above his head as he runs.
OOC: Somac will Charge s22. If that monster is already dead, he will instead Charge s21 or s17.

Somac kicks into action, charging at the sahaugin straight ahead of him. His boots dig into the unfamiliar sand, and it flies out behind him. He is still able to reach his opponent, but his greatsword deflects off its scaly hide, which seems better than much of the armor he's seen.
Charlyn has similar luck. His scaled oponent nimbly dodges under his morningstar.
Nurlan turns to Rinaldo and heals him with the wand. (8 pts) Ashnar moves forward next to Rinaldo and fires at the nearby fishman, but misses. Rinaldo's bolt likewise goes wide. Tenebryn heads another direction, again burying his pick into the creature's gut, killing it instantly. Tor (NPCed) charges at yet another pair of sahaugin, but slips in the sand and can't get off a proper swing.
The sahaugin facing Somac drops its crossbow and hurls itself at the barbarian. Somac is unable to recover from his swing and can't knock the creature away. And despite his greater strength, he can't keep it away. They tumble together into the sand, the creature's fangs buried in Somac's shoulder (4 pts dmg - prone and grappling)
S17 fires off a bolt at Tenebryn, but it is high and sails into the ocean. S26 and s27 also fire off their bolts, but can't hit either Charlyn or Ashnar. Charlyn's opponent takes a step back into the doorway of the hut to shoot. The two facing Tor attack with their tridents, one catching him a slight cut. (5 pts) Several other sahaugin move up on the beach. One shoots at Tenebrynn's back, nicking him (2 pts)
