I needed a good way to store minis at the table, so I created the Modular Miniature Shelf system. The individual units can be assembled in a number of ways. A completed shelf three units wide by four units high is below:
The components in one kit can also be assembled into a shelf two units wide and six high more suitable for organizing your minis off the table.
The shelves are cut from 1/8" birch plywood and come unfinished. They take stain and urethane well, and can also be painted if you prefer an opaque finish.
A completed shelf three units wide by four high measures 31.5" W x 8" H. A shelf two units wide by six high is 21" W x 13" H. Clearance between levels is 2 3/8". Each shelf is 3" wide.
