The effects or Arcane Magic on our Society
we have found through recent study that teleportaion or any other conjuration spells that transport or are used for summoning create small interfernce to electricity which remains until the breach between space has completely closed. This is why we suggest not putting portals in rooms or even anything adjacent to eletric dependent items or rooms. We are unsure as to how eletric equipment functions after being brought through a portal more testing is needed. We are also uncertain on the affect of conjurations on vheicles
As you now recently there has been an increase of user in the online Arcane net most of them are registerd in the IASC database. however lately there have been instances were spells were attached to e-mails and even arcane virus which melted computers or harmed citizens as of yet we have no away how to replicate this proccess but we suggest that the IASC which created this to regulate arcanist over the internet also raise it's standards to prevent such attacks.
Spells of evocation which call on lighting or sonic also short out technologies even if they are powered by little or no electricity.

Hm... I'm getting a better idea, but I'm still slightly out of touch. If you could post more stuff like that, it would help.
