Magic Item Addictions

Yet another Heward's Haversack for me. They are just so useful, carry lots of stuff without all the problems associated with carrying lots of stuff! And the item you want always on top is just icing on the cake!

Hewards Handy Crack Cocaine it sounds like, I mean tie a small pouch to it and fold up a portable hole to store in there. You now have to extra dimensional spaces next to each other, but still, the haversack produces whatever you want as a free action
which means you can stock it with alchemist fire and draw-drop repeat.

Hewards one popular mage. Im sure he's a Demi God of well packed backpacks now!

Of course the HHH.
Hat of disguise is great too, change apearence at will is a great ability for what it costs.
I overheard the plans of a player who wants to get a load of bags of holding and fill them with rocks. Didn't hear what he wanted to do with them, but a load of BoH and rocks have got to interesting. He'll have to earn them though.

H3 is also a fave of mine. But I also like a portable hole, a ring of sustenanace or merlynd's spoon (from the 1E/2E days). A homebrew item called a bottomless pocket (basically a small bag of holding the size of a small belt pouch.) Could fit as much a 2 backpacks worth of stuff, but it all had to be able to fit through the opening (no longer putting coins in the portable hole). A robe of useful items was always pretty cool and a buch of immovable rods rounds out the I ready to go camping experience. :)

Some of my favorites:

HHH
Hat of Disguise
Brooch of Shielding or Necklace of Adaptation
Boots of Striding and Springing
Cloak of Resistance
Mithril armor
Ring of Sustenance
Bag of Tricks (Tan)
Rods of Metamagic (banned/restricted in my games)
combined with Gloves of Storing
Stat-boosting items (also banned/restricted in my games :p )

Not a must have for me (especially due to the cost), but I've always thought that the bracelet of friends is overlooked by many a PC...
In a recent campaign - my character got married. In order to make sure that she could spend time with her husband, but still be summoned when necessary - she had a bracelet of friends type item made for each of the other PCs and the Queen.

They each only had one charm, but each character had the ability to summon her in the even of an emergency. Was a handy little thing. :)

The item that I have to have is generally a Cloak of Cha or a Preiapt of Wisdom. Rarely is it that QD plays a character without one of those!

EDIT: How could I forget! Bag of Holding is a **must**!
