Bringing over to pathfinder...Normally for crossbows..Overkill for firearms? Should it be more than +1? Less capacity? Not allowed? Use at your own risk?

Quick loading on a rifle brings it into 20th century magazines, which yes is really overkill IMHO.

Dangerously overkill for firearms. Be wary of munchkin Gunslinger builds.

It's better than "Rapid reload", and therefore should probably be +2 or +3 cost.

I would not allow it in my campaign.

Most feats translate to at least a +1 or +2 on weapons or armor. Since it's better than Rapid Reload, it would need to be at least +2 on a firearm and might need to be disallowed since the game doesn't really seem to support firearms shooting that much more often.

Hmm, since I never could get a clear answer on how Rapid Reload affected Advanced Firearms, it would be hard for me to judge it was better.

You have to be your own judge. Role playing is all about adjudicating what doesn't exist and what lies between the rules. Your job as GM is to make the call for your party based on your knowledge of your players. If you think Rapid Reload would be good for Advanced Firearms, then give it a try, but don't forget to let the BBEG's take it also for their builds.

I'm guessing since you can get reloading hands put on a firearm, then this really isn't a stretch afterall.
