Of course! Use the ring of 3 wishes. I'd wish to have 3 more rings of 3 wishes, and repeat. If your DM doesn't try and warp the wording, then you have your rings. Otherwise, you are wisked out of the hole to where the rings are. There is no bad concequence there

Nope, when the item is below 15,000 gp, you can wish for it without risk. You can wish for whatever you want, but above 15,000 your dm is allowed (and invited) to interpretate the wish creatively, eg bring you to the place those three rings of 3 wishes are.
