Magic Items to mimic Racial Abilities?

Here's the deal. My PC has faced Drow on a few occasions, and is tired of them throwing around darkness, levitating, and making things glow, with no way to defend herself or even keep up. I'm looking for a way within the rules (hence DnD Rules, not houserules, sorry if I got it wrong) to create a magic item that will grant her all the racial abilities of a Drow, without changing her form.

I'm looking to get the +2 to Dex (my GM won't give me the Int or Cha bonuses, but he won't take Con away, either. Fair Trade for me!), the Elven Enchantment resistance, the Drow Spell save bonuses, Drow-like Spell Resistance, and the Spell Like abilities (Darkness, Farie Fire and Levitation {at will, in this game}).

All of that in one magic item? That's what I'm striving for. Now, I'm not familiar at all with the magic item creation rules, and every time I try to read it, it just makes my head spin. I hoped that the [suckup]intelegent and creative[/suckup] folks of ENWorld could help me out.

Hw much would an item capable of such abilities as a constant effect cost in gold and xp?

It'd probably have to be a wondrous item or a ring. As for the market price:

+2 Dex: 2^2 x 1,000 = 4,000 gp
+2 Will save vs. enchantment: 2^2 x 1,000 / 3 (Will only) / 2 (enchantment only) = 667 gp
+2 save vs. spells: 2^2 x 1,000 x 0.75 (not as good as +2 to everything) = 3,000 gp
SR 21: (21-12) x 10,000 = 90,000 gp
darkness at will: 2 x 3 x 2,000 x 1.5 = 18,000 gp
faerie fire at will: 1 x 1 x 2,000 x 2 = 4,000 gp
levitate at will: 2 x 3 x 2,000 x 2 = 24,000 gp

For the final price, we'll take the most expensive ability (SR) as the base and add to it 1.5 times the sum of other abilities: 170,500.5 gp. The cost to create is one half this price or 85,250.25 gp and 1/25 the price in xp (6,820 xp). Required spells would be cat's grace, resistance, spell resistance, darkness, faerie fire, and levitate.

Thank you! Wow, that's steep, but hey, it's worth a Level Adjustment of +2.

I appreciate the quick response. I'll throw this by my GM. A Question, the XP cost is 1/25 of the cost. Is that the cost to create, or the cost to buy? You gave the XP cost at market price. Is that how it's done? (Glad I have a 2,000 XP credit built up already.)

The XP is cost is 1/25th the market price. Note that you can probably reduce the price significantly if you reduce the SR (I fixed it at 21 as per the mantle of spell resistance). SR costs 10,000 gp for every point above 12, and cannot be less than 13.

Also keep in mind that you'll need a druid or cleric with appropriate domain to cast faerie fire.

Let's see... Sr 21 is good, as Drow get 11 + Character Level (Is there a way to get scaling SR like that?) and that basically fixes my level at 10. Not too shabby. Also, I'll drop Farie Fire entirely. There's a reason I haven't seen Drow use it, the GM snipped it off entirely. So that knocks 4k (x1.5) GP off the top. The XP cost comes to about 6,580, and the GP is at 164,500.5. Our game uses a silver standard, and 100 silver to a gold, so the Gold piece value is 1,645. Crazy expensive, but exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you, Sammael.

As to a scroll of Reincarnate, don't I gotta get dead before I can have that used on me? Can't even use it myself, can I? Also, I think that in the game I'm playing in, a scroll of reincarnate would actually be more expensive than this ring. Then there's the fact that I want to keep the character human, and not get the downsides of being Drow.

Oh, another thought. How much extra would it cost to add 120' Darkvision? Or perhapse the Baatezu trait of seeing in darkness? Seeing in Darkness would be even better.
