Well WotC did post a "Map Gallery" from Magic of Eberron

I want to run an Eberron: The Last War campaign... damnit! Should I bother waiting for WotC to put out info on this time period (err, more info that is) or just make it up as I go?

If/when I run that... I'll be using Gestalt... Psionics, Incarnum, several of the Complete books, and material from the Heroes of Battle book. Gestalt heroes are the poo! I want to see a Gestalt Psy-War | Incarnate. Maybe a Soulknife | Incarnate o.0

As to the subject at hand... no clue mate. When it hits shelves, I'll be sure to give it a look.

It depends on what's included in the "Players Guide to Eberron"

It's probably going to be a lot like Magic of Faerun. Some details on how magic works in Eberron, a ton of new spells (and infusions), and a bunch of PrC's. I'm betting the maps are for "magical sites" or the strongholds of various organizations.

Though if it includes more info on Living Spells, then I'm already in. Those things rock.

Speaking only for myself, any book with the words "Eberron" and "Magic" in the title make me drool.

I'm guessing there will be new rules for Artificers (new infusions, etc.). I'm hoping there is information on magical forges (like house Cannith forges) and other things that would make manufacturing items easier.

And I hope there are rules for dragonshards...value, what they can do, etc.
