I don't know. I guess it falls under the "anything you give a melee class isn't broken" school of though, but wouldn't that allow for a full attack, that would apply Skirmish damage to each hit?

There's plenty of ways to full attack skirmish already. It does half the damage of SA, which itself isn't incredible damage and can be done on a full attack. Really, this is possibly the least broken application of Abrupt Jaunt I can think of.

That's very true, although, if you stack up enough attacks with Speed and Splitting Weapon enhancements, plus the Rapid Shot feats, and if you had someone use haste, you could do outrageuos amounts of damage. Still, not the most broken Abrupt Jaunt use, but I could think of its uses.

Sure enough, but you have to be a Conjurer to do that (at least for a 1-level dip). You can stay full Scout (or Swift Hunter or whatever), not delay your skirmish progression, and just take the Travel Devotion feat to do the same.

Also, Skirmish is just a few d6s extra damage. Guess what the Lion Totem Barbarian or the multi-shadowpouncing, sneak-attacking Shadowlord can do? More damage, and just as reliable - or better in the Barbarian's case, since he doesn't have to worry about concealment and crit-immunes.
