I think Unhinged - meaning the rest of the set already uses the new frames, which makes this card even funnier!

At the beginning of your upkeep, you need to pay the casting costs again or sacrifice it. I think it appeared in the Urza's Whatever sets first.

If you have royal assassins, they could certainly be handy, and right on theme, obviously.

Here goes, trying for something still fairly theme-y, with things I know you have, and others you might, with a bit of kinda-random stuff as it occurs to me (please keep in mind that I haven't put a deck together, or even played, for years) -

Hm. (?) Maybe 2 Naturalize here instead. Mind you, this deck is rather lacking in a few ways, looking at it again. . . Oh well. I'll give it a bit of thought next time, see what I can come up with.

I forgot something - you only have to pay the echo costs once unlike upkeep.

I know that Snake Cult Initiation is out of discussion, but it´s a really great card that would fit perfectly in your deck. Put it on a River Boa .
Snake Basket is a nice card that would work well.
And finally (I just can´t stop myself) I would play Snakeform because it´s so frickín cool and the art is awesome.

Makes sense.
I often find it to be a little aesthetically jarring when I'm playing my Demon deck since I have such a wierd mixture of cardframes in there.

I love having different types of cards for the variety. I even try to include different types of the same card if I can.

I love poison counter decks- nobody is ever ready for them...but I'm away from my cards right now, so I can't give my best advice on this..

I will say this, though- I have a Gr/Blk poison deck I called FUGU that did beat a tournament-winning Blue/Wht deck from the same time period in a best of 3. When I get the chance, I'll post it here.

I do recall using Snake Baskets, Sabertooth Cobras, Marsh Vipers, Assassins and the Skeeters...but beyond that? I'll have to look. I probably used Bayous and whatever Gr/Blk or "rainbow" lands I could as well.

One thing, though- I recall the design & testing process. It didn't work too well until the deck was completely comitted to using every poison counter critter available at the time.
