I would Google to see if you could find a copy of Michael Morris' DUSK campaign, which is basically d20 M:tG. He finished it a few years back, but could never release it as it had too much WotC IP still in it. You might be able to find the pdf floating around somewhere, though; it was truly an exhaustive work of love.
