This is probably a somewhat dumb question, but I want to make sure I understand this before my players begin to argue with me. If I have a +1 longsword and at a later time I take it to some mage and want to turn it into a +1 shocking longsword. The cost to add the shocking enhancement would be the cost difference between a +1 weapon and a +2 weapon, which would be 6,000 gp. Correct? If I took my +1 shockign longsword and later made it keen, the cost of adding keen would be the difference between a +2 weapon and a +3 weapon. Correct again? Thanks in advance for any help.
