Nipple rings do *not* work as protection.
Rather than give the generic +1/+1 bonus, as long as you're making it up, you might hve more fun:
Cat's Paw - (attuned) While this amulet is attuned to you, your finger grow into elongated claws as you attack with your hands. You have 3 Cat's Luck points. Whenever you make an attack roll with an unarmed strike or natural weapon using your hands, you can spend one luck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one of your Cat's Luck points after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll. You regain d4-1 Cat's Luck points at dawn. Additionally, while attuned, attacks with unarmed strikes and natural weapons using your hands deal slashing damage rather than their normal damage type and when you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an attack you make with an unarmed strike or natural weapon using your hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2.
Wraps of the Hunter (attuned) - While these wraps are attuned and worn on a part of the body used to make an attack roll with an unarmed strike or natural weapon, you may expend a charge to cast Hunter's Mark as a first level spell on the target of an unarmed strike or natural attack using that part of your body (on your turn) as a bonus action. The wraps have 7 charges and regain 1d6+1 charges at daily at dawn. You may not move this Hunter's Mark to a new target. Reroll all 1s when you roll to attack the target of your Hunter's Mark from these wrappings, including on the initial attack whenthe spell is cast.
