Magical Dastana(A&EG)?

Am I right in thinking that you may have an enchanted pair of Dastana that will stack with magic armor and shields?

Well, Dastana give an armor bonus, so they would always stack with Shields (in 3.5; in 3.0, Shields gave an Armor bonus, too, so the description of Dastana makes specific mention of the ability to stack).

Dastana also are described as stacking only with three specific types of armor. So, the general answer to your question is "No". You could not wear magical Dastana with magical Plate Mail, for example. However, for the three specific types of armor listed, the answer is "Yes".

Right that is what I thought. So +5 chain shirt, +5 buckler and +5 Dastana will stack. Mwahaha.

I am the DM, the high AC is the point. I was just wanting to mess with the party without breaking any rules.
