Their co-workers might not be the team players the person think them to be. Consuming the fruit can result in up to a -4 Morale penality in certain circumstances. However, this is a short-term effect. In those cases where the person experiences a morale penality, the person also gains up to a +2 Wisdom after the two day morale penality.
