Just make one up. I made one up as DM that I gave out to an archer as a gift from a king for a job well done. All it did was automatically recover any arrows that miss - so if you fired an arrow out of it and it missed, it reappeared in the quiver at the end of the round. Fairly handy, not overly powerful, and totally appropriate - the player loved it.
