Probably. I think most of the board regulars are in their late 20s to mid 30s. I'm in the 20+ years of gaming camp, too(23 to be precise...damn I'm getting old...)

That's just the problem. The DMG says you don't. The SRD says you do. But I think we've agreed that the DMG and MM Errata overrides the SRD on this one.

Everything overrides the SRD. Usually its pretty right on, but the actual books (even the crappy ones) always take precidence over the SRD.
