Magical Tattoos

It turns out he took the cloak of the arachnid, the monks belt, a ring of the monkey, and some type of enchantment on his fists (he is a monk)

His tattooes are very cool; On his back (the cloak of the arachnid) is a great tree with it's roots reaching down his legs and the branches reaching down his arms. The trunk of the tree is covered with spiders climbing webs. On his arm is a monkey sitting on one of the branches, and it's tail goes down the arm and wraps around his thumb (the ring). At the base of the tree (around his waist for the belt) are ferrets and other quick reflexed animals. Above the tree (and behind the branches down his arms) are stormclouds. (fist enchantment).

I had asked this same question months ago and got a bit of help towards creating such a thing. I don't like the idea of losing the tat after it's been used (I think there's info on tats in the Expanded Psionics Handbook). There are also 2 D20 books with magic tats, it might have been the Relics & Rituals books but if someone knows for sure please correct me. But these tats are lost after you use it.

Here are my versions of magical tats that don't take up an item slot & they act just like magic items of the same function except that they are permanantly graphed onto your body. Some of this info I borrowed from some writeups on Planewalker.com also:

People might not agree on these prices, but this is what I thought was fair based on the help people here gave me. Since the item can't just be removed, stolen, or lost, we thought it should be worth a lot more than a magic item. They also don't take up slots & I don't have a limit on the amount of tats you can get inked on your body, so the price also helps keep players from getting out of hand. Magic tomes are so expensive & are almost the same thing except that the tats can be removed magically.
