I normal skip right over the example of play section, but One D&D’s depiction of the duel between the Lady of Pain and Pun-Pun was a true work of art. I’ve read it five times now and it still rings a tear to my eye. I especially loved their mutual eulogy of Fistbeard Beardfist (which didn’t upset the flow at all despite it being while Pun-Pun was casting Hyperwishing Meteors), it gave me a whole new perspective on death despite Fistbeard already having been resurrected.
