Making a whole day out of LotR

I plan on the 18th to watch the Fellowship of the Rings again all the way through before I go to watch Two Towers. Anyone else going to do this? It's going to be like seeing a 6 hour movie! Too bad I don't have the special extended edition yet. I am so hyped up to see this movie. Screw Christmas I've been waiting for Two Towers all year.

I actually have been waiting all year also (but mainly because I forcibly put it out of my mind lest I go insane from the hype & waiting!

I'm going straight from work to a midnight showing so there's no time for me. However, a few buds and myself will be watching the extended edition of Fellowship this weekend in preparation.

Leaving work at noon, ditching the office Christmas party, rescheduling a meeting with my dissertation advisor just so we can watch the Extended Edition then drive an hour to the good stadium seating theatre to see The Two Towers.
